Abstract/Citation: This Regulations shall be read with Regulations No. 127 of 1973 as amended. It repeals the definition of the term "officer" and replaces it by "any person who obtains the rank of an officer by an Order from the King." This includes officers, first lieutenants and lieutenants. It also repeals paragraph "b" of article 5 of Regulations No. 127 of 1973.
