Provides for special funds to the employment services of several cities and communities such as Amsterdam, Den Haag, Rotterdam, Utrecht, Groningen, Nijmegen, Arnhem, and others. This amendment follows an earlier amendment made in Stb. No.48, 10 January 1997, referred to as the ("Besluit inkoop dienstverlening Arbeidsvoorzieningsorganisatie door gemeenten") and it reinforces the local employment services in light of the government's efforts to reduce unemployment.
