Abstract/Citation: Governs smoking in public spaces and the control of tobacco products. S. 5 stipulates that employers draw up a smoking policy for the workplace which guarantees smoke-free areas and procedures to ensure a distance of at least 2 metres between smoking and non-smoking employees.
