Abstract/Citation: Provides for exemptions from the mandatory interview and the work test under of the Social Security Act 1964 for persons who are over 55 years of age or who are caregivers of dependant children with special needs or persons with disabilities. Provides similar exemption from the work test under s. 60HC of the Social Security Act.
