Second Region

This act amends phrasiology that concerns the financing of pension funds. The various amendments modify wording affecting 55 different earlier acts and decrees since 1957 in order to facilitate alternative funding through private investment. This act will henceforth be referred to as the Adjustment Act Privatization ("ABP").
