Amends the Act No. 4 of 1977: ss. 55 (B) (written labour contracts), s. 58 A (temporary labour contracts and related disputes, conditions for labour costs), s. 61 (1) (legal framework in case of labour disputes), and s. 77 (4) (competence for the Labour Authority to determine applicable conditions in certain cases). Repeals ss. 55 B (3). Amends s. 9 (2) of the Act No. 21 of 1988 (conditions for holidays in case of child birth, determination of holidays by employer in certain cases).
