Abstract/Citation: Empowers the National Electoral Commission to make guidelines governing political parties and to dissolve or proscribe any political association. Prohibits political parties from maintaining associated quasi-political organizations and to receive or maintain funds outside of Nigeria. Schedule I sets forth fundamental objectives and directive principles of state policy, which include fundamental freedoms, prevention of discrimination, and just and humane working conditions.
