Abstract/Citation: Prohibits discrimination against persons who have "family status," defined as having the responsibility for the care of an immediate family member. The prohibition extends to employers, trade unions, vocational training institutions, educational establishments, and providers of goods and services. Extends the jurisdiction of the Equal Opportunities Commission to investigate cases of discrimination and to enforce the Ordinance.
