| Abstract/Citation: | Provides for the creation of a Civil Aid Service which shall provide services in an emergency or other non-emergency services for the benefit of the community. Members of the Service shall be over 16 years of age and shall be volunteers. Members who do not report to service when called out shall be liable to fines or imprisonment. |
