Revokes and replaces regulations prescribing rules of procedure for industrial tribunals in Northern Ireland. New provisions include that if upon a pre-hearing review the tribunal considers that a party's contentions have no reasonable prospect of success, it may order that party to pay a specified sum; in an appeal in a case involving allegations of sexual misconduct, a tribunal may make a reporting restriction order. |
