| Abstract/Citation: | English version published in Royal Thai Government Gazette, 1988-01-30, Vol. 42, No. 3, p. 23-35. Provident funds may be established by employers and employees making contributions to provide financial security in case of an employee's death, termination of employment or resignation from the fund. The Act contains provisions on establishment and management of funds, payments and dissolution of the fund, competent officials and penalties. |
