Abstract/Citation: Prohibits and sets penalties for acts of discrimination in relation to employment, partnerships, trade unions, vocational training bodies, educational establishments, and the provision of goods, facilities and services. Inserts a new provision into the Summary Offences Ordinance, 1975, making it an offence to publish or use in a public place words which are threatening, abusive or insulting and which may as a result incite racial hatred.
