Stipulates that in order for aliens to apply for a work permit, they must possess the knowledge and ability to perform the work applied for; in addition, they must not suffer from insanity, leprosy, tuberculosis, advanced elephantitis, drug addiction, or alcoholism, and must not have been convicted for an offence under immigration legislation within the past year. |
