Abstract/Citation: Following the decree of 1 September 1995 (Stb.465 of the Netherlands), the Netherlands Antilles and Aruba accede to the Shipping Decree (first established in the Netherlands in Stb.367, 1965) and the Fishing Vessel Decree (Stb.354, 1989) as outlined by the Council of the European Community in its guidelines No. m92/29/EEG on 31 March 1992.
