Abstract/Citation: Under the General Nationl Assistance Act ("ABW") this decree concerns persons belonging to the following categories and who obtain salary compensation under the following acts: Act on the Provision of Income for Older and Partially Disabled Unemployed Workers ("IOAW") and Act on the Provision of Income for Older and Partially Disabled Unemployed Former Self-employed Workers ("IOAZ"). The above decree provides for guidelines and regulations regarding income support when the aforementioned persons can find suitable employment but do not accept it.
