Abstract/Citation: The Mining Regulation (first enacted with Stb.538, 1964) is herewith amended to conform with the European Union's Guidelines that were established by the Council of the EU on 22 June 1994 (PbEG L 216). Minimum regulations are herewith adopted for the improvement of working conditions and to provide for more security and health of the workers.
