| Abstract/Citation: | Amends sections 2(2) No. 6 (exposure to toxic substances), No. 8 (exposure to radiation), No. 9 (exposure to extreme coldness or heat), No. 10 (work under water) and section 6 (exceptions possible for apprentices above 15 years of age on specified conditions). Introduces a new section 2(2) (general definition of prohibited work: includes criteria such as responsibility for personal or others safety, economic responsibility, existence of potential dangers which young persons are unable to identify either because of lack of capability of attention or due to lack of education or training) as well as No. 11 (probibition of certain types of work regulated separately) and a new section 5(4) (training and instruction). |
