Abstract/Citation: Establishes standards and procedures for the enforcement of section 102 of the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (LS 1986 - USA 1 (extracts)). That section makes it an unfair immigration-related employment practice to discriminate against an individual in hiring, discharging or recruiting or referring for a fee because of an individual's national origin or, in specified cases, his or her citizenship status. These regulations contain definitions of prohibited practices and set forth the procedures applicable to charges of discrimination.
