| Abstract/Citation: | Defines the concept of "invalid", provides for assessment of disability. Provides for disability prevention and medical rehabilitation, education and professional training of invalids, employment of invalids, creation of conditions for direct access of invalids to social infrastructure, material, social and medical assistance of invalids, and public organizations of invalids. Put into effect by Regulations No. 285 of 25 August 1992. |
