| Abstract/Citation: | Regulates formation, execution, and termination of employment contracts and disciplinary measures in the Seychelles International Trade Zone. Inter alia, employers shall give one month's notice before termination of an employee's contract. Non-Seychellois workers are subject to the same regulations as Seychellois. Provides for the establishment of an Employment Council with the function of monitoring the enforcement of these Regulations. Made under the International Trade Zone Act, 1995. |
