| Abstract/Citation: | For the purpose of the Act, supplementary pension insurance means the collection of financial contributions from beneficiaries of supplementary pension insurance, contributions from the state on behalf of the beneficiaries, management of these financial contributions, and payment of benefits under supplementary pension insurance. Participation in a supplementary pension insurance is voluntary. |
