Abstract/Citation: Requires persons who have been convicted of a criminal offense against a minor or of a sexually violent offense, or who have been deemed a "sexually violent predator," to register their residence and fingerprints with the FBI or local authorities. The FBI may release such information to the public for the purposes of community notification programmes.
