Abstract/Citation: An Act to alter the Constitution in accordance with articles 66 and 164 thereof, to amend the Labour Act, to give legal effect to certain provisions of the agreement set out in the Schedule and to provide for matters connected therewith. Amendment of the Labour Act; inserts, inter alia, a new Part VIIA (Collective Agreements), and a new section 33A (Arbitration Tribunal).
