Abstract/Citation: An Act to introduce a new system of social insurance and to regulate the payment of social security premiums including pension insurance premiums, sickness insurance premiums and State employment policy contributions. This Act applies to legal entities and natural persons employing more than 25 persons, as well as those employing fewer persons if their wage records are kept for them by another natural person or legal entity with more than 25 employees. It further applies to small organizations employing at least one employee, employees and self-employed persons. The amount of premium is a percentage rate of the premium base calculated for the decisive period.
