Abstract/Citation
Simplification of procedures to change and extend the licenses of temporary work agencies. Prohibition of using temporary workers in the same category of work from different agencies. Amendments concerning complaints from workers. Establishes the obligation of the government to create guidelines concerning management of agencies and procedures to dispatch workers to clients. Permits temporary workers to perform duties of persons who are on child care leave.
