Abstract/Citation
Establishes qualification guidelines for industrial physicians and health maintenance programmes maintained by employers who are under no obligation to provide one. Also requires employers to take certain measures to ensure health at the workplace, in consultation with doctors on the basis of the result of medical examinations, and in accordance with guidelines set by the government.
