Second Region

Allows women who have lost their Philippine citizenship by marriage to an alien or to a Filipino who has lost his Philippine citizenship to apply for Philippine citizenship, provided that they do not espouse violence or opposition to organized government, are not convicted of crimes of moral turpitude, and are not suffering from mental illness or contagious diseases.
