Abstract/Citation: Provides for creation of a State executive body, apart from the Government, in charge of safety techniques and labour protection. The main tasks of the Committee are inter alia, the implementation of the State policy in the field of occupational safety, elaboration of programmes, prevention of accidents, coordination of research and organization of control.
