| Abstract/Citation: | Provides for an extra pay for: a) medical personnel dealing directly with mentally handicaped persons and patients of gerontology services, hygienic care, first-aid service; b) employees involved in special technical training such as intensive monitoring of pupils using technical tools. Annex sets out a salary scale based on the number of years of practice as well as an extra pay for employees involved in management of the armed forces, the police or in fire protection. |
