| Abstract/Citation: | Introduces a Seventh Book to the Social Code providing comprehensive employment accident benefit. Chapter 1 defines covered persons and employment accidents, including accidents which occur while travelling to and from the workplace. Chapter 2 covers accident prevention and safety representatives. Chapter 3 relates to benefits, including disability benefit, survivors' benefit, and death allowance. Chapter 4 deals with liability, and Chapter 5 determines which insurance funds shall cover specified types of accidents. Chapters 6 through 10 govern disclosure of information, sanctions, and provide numerous consequential amendments. |
