| Abstract/Citation: | Section 1 provides for an Occupational Safety Act, covering all employees except domestic workers and seafarers. Requires the employer to eliminate safety hazards, to document risk assessment and measures taken to reduce hazards, and to provide safety and first aid equipment. Employees shall have the right to make suggestions regarding safety at the workplace. |
