Second Region

Replaces Part XIV of the Canada Occupational Safety and Health Regulations relating to design and construction, maintenance and operation of materials handling equipment. The new regulations reflect ergonomic considerations, include safety requirements for tire repairs and positioning of loads, and require employers to develop and implement a standard code for emergency signalling.
