Abstract/Citation: Repeals and re-enacts with amendments the Parliamentary Commissioner Act (Northern Ireland) 1969. The Commissioner is renamed the Assembly Ombudsman for Northern Ireland and his jursidiction is extended to the investigation of complaints where a person aggrieved has exercised his rights before a tribunal but complains that the injustice remains unremedied.
