Abstract/Citation: Regulations governing enterprises in free zones. Free zone enterprises shall comply with the Factories, Offices and Shops Act 1970 (Act 238) on health and safety requirements. Employees shall not be paid below minimum wage; except where provided, all laws regarding conditions of employment and social security shall apply to workers in free zones. Made under the Free Zone Act 1995 (Act 504).
