|Abstract/Citation:||Provides that a European Works Council, a European Employee's Forum, a Special Negotiating Body or similar arrangement may be established in community-scale undertakings for the information and consultation of employees. Provides protection for employee representatives to such bodies. Gives effect to EC Directive No. 94/95 of 22 September 1994.|
