Abstract/Citation: Provides for Hungary's political integration into Europe and its economic rapprochement with the European Union. In particular, envisages the establishment, over a period of ten years, of a free trade area, within which there will be a free movement of goods, persons and companies, and services. Special provisions govern the movement of capital, competition, approximation of laws, investment promotion and protection, and a number of other issues.
