Abstract/Citation: Contains provisions relating to habeas corpus reform, victims of terrorism restitution, prohibitions on assistance to terrorist states, removal of alien terrorists, and restrictions on nuclear, chemical and biological weapons. Title V amends provisions of the Immigration and Nationality Act allowing non-resident aliens to be detained or deported if they have been convicted of certain offences. Title VII provides for the death penalty for persons convicted of terrorist acts which result in death.
