Abstract/Citation
Provides for a comprehensive regulation of pension funds including their establishment, management, audit and budget procedure, financial obligations and responsibilities, supervision and administration . With certain transitory exceptions, this Act repeals the Act (No. 469 of 1955) on the same subject.
