Second Region

This Act is intended to simplify the subsidy system for residents and owners of apartments who have benefitted or still benefit from State support. The text includes the scale of rent subsidy according to the increase of rental prices. (This Act will from now on be named: "Wet balansverkorting geldelijke steun volkshuisvesting" / Restraining of Financial Support/Subsidy of Public Housing).
