Abstract/Citation: Criteria for the selection and recruitment of government employees shall include: results of competitive exams, seniority, and geographical distribution. Provides detailed scheme of criteria for public servants, as well as specific criteria for teachers, physicians, pharmacists and dentists. Priority is also given to the appointment of sons and daughters of fallen members of the armed forces and public security forces, members of poor families, and disabled persons.
