Abstract/Citation
Provides that all aliens who entered the Philippines illegally prior to 30 June 1992 shall be granted legal residence and shall not be prosecuted for crimes committed to maintain false or illegal residence, provided they apply for residence and pay relevant fees. Aliens granted residence under this Act are eligible to apply for naturalization five years from approval of application.
