| Abstract/Citation: | Provides regulations governing the functions and duties of the Public Service Commission, which was established by sections 73-75 of the Constitution. Appointments to and dismissals from the Public Service are to be effected by the Commission. The Commission is also responsible for establishing conditions of employment. Also provides regulations concerning pension rights, disciplinary proceedings, and the right of public servants to join trade associations. Consolidation available. |
