| Abstract/Citation: | Employers of expatriates shall give priority to the employment of Indonesian personnel in all fields and types of jobs available. S. 8 stipulates that employers of expatriates shall carry out training and other types of programmes in order to eventually replace expatriates with Indonesian personnel. Specified director post of companies may be occupied by expatriates. |
