| Abstract/Citation: | Establishes a State employment service to be responsible for employment policy. Its tasks inter alia include: promotion of dialogue between employers and employees, participation and organization of socially useful work, registration of the unemployed and provision of their social security (Chapter I). In Chapter II, provides for social guarantees for the unemployed (unemployment benefit, professional training and requalification, paid socially useful work and material aid). Chapter III deals with responsability for violation of employment legislative acts. Available in English. |
