Abstract/Citation: Comprised of 5 chapters and 19 articles. States that the collective labour agreement shall not limit workers' rights as defined by national legislation. It shall establish, inter alia, the wage payment system, the working conditions and the specific benefit schemes and provide for regulations on occupational safety and health. Chapter III governs the procedures for concluding a collective labour agreement and Chapter IV provides for modes of resolution of disputes arising upon the conclusion, changing and implementation of the agreement.
