Abstract/Citation: Concerns disputes between workers and employers relating to the modification of labour conditions in the enterprise, the modification or the application of collective agreements or of any other agreement relating to labour relations (section 2). Provides for the use of conciliation procedures (sections 5-6), mediation (section 7) or arbitration (section 8), and specifies the procedures. Fixes the role of the "Service", a government body which intervenes in the settlement of the dispute (section 11). In cases when the dispute cannot be settled, the workers can use their right to strike. Specifies the obligations of the parties during the strike (section 16) and defines the notion of illicite strike (section 17). Available in English. Repeals Act of 20 May 1991.
