Abstract/Citation: Sets forth the amount of minimum wages in this area according to the personal circumstances of the employees, e.g. previous working experience or first employment. Also sets out the amount of days where an employee receives full paid leave in the event of illness. Furthermore provides for at least fourteen days of paid holidays every year.
