Abstract/Citation: Sets out obligations of dock workers and employers. The Port Labour Office shall register dock workers and employers shall keeps records of hours worked by employees and wages paid to them (ss. 3-5). A preference worker who reports for duty on each day of the month shall be guaranteed 15 days of work a month or an equivalent sum of money (s. 9). The National Council of Ministers may set up a pool of dock workers (ss. 13-16).
