Abstract/Citation: Part I contains provisions relating to apprentices, apprenticeships, and wages. Employers shall give their apprentices a certificate of competency or pay for proficiency examinations. Part II contains special provisions applicable to labourers' contracts in Nigeria. Inter alia, employers shall provide adquate medical facilities, food rations, and rest time for workers in the field. Part IV contains provisions relating to "carriers"--persons who carry loads on journeys.
