Abstract/Citation: Makes provision for adding the word "contract" each time the word "trudovoj dogovor"(meaning labour contract) appears in the Act. Replaces "of the Soviet Union" by "of the Republic of Tajikistan". Amends section 34 providing for no suspension of labour contracts or changes in labour relations (except in case of redundancy) in the event of enterprise transfer or reorganization. Supplements section 19 which fixes the conclusion of a short term labour contract in cases when labour relations cannot be established on a long term basis because of the type of work or the conditions for its accomplishment, or in the worker's interest.
